Subaru WRX seats!! I’ve heard forester fits too. If you’re handy and have a welder you can make any seat fit as long as the width is close. Just cut and weld on the Tacoma bases to whatever you need. Or buy the pre made bases by corbeau etc.

I've had both Forester and WRX seats in my truck. They both require modification to the seat rails/brackets in order to bolt in.

I had a 02 and a 05 forester before.. I’d say the WRX seats are my fav with the really nice Side bolsters that just hug you when wheeling.

I remember googling it and found someone on one of the other forums that did it I believe. I’ve posted my process on here multiple times too.

That's a tough question. They both fit fine in terms of cab space and height.

The Forester XT seats looked more appropriate because they're not as bulky as the WRX seats with their larger bolsters.

In terms of comfort they're both nice. The Forester XT seats were more touring like. Easier to get in and out of. But the seat heater element was above the seat foam so I felt it with my ass. Which was annoying. The three way power adjustment was great though.

The WRX seats are super comfy but they are definitely a snug fit around your thighs and sides. They look more like racing seats in a truck so a bit out of place. And they way the brackets/rails are, they sit a tad higher than stock.

Sorry for the lack of "better" but they're both nice.

That's the info I was looking for. Thank you.

Recaro Trend, think they’re from the early 2000’s.
