1999 TACOMA 2.4 WITH COIL PACK MOTOR SWAP WITH 2.4 COIL WIRES?

Hello, new to the forum searching the internet tring to find a answer to this question.
Yesterday purchased a motor for a swap on my 1999 Tacoma 2.4 it has the coil pack with two coils two wires coming out of each, the motor I purchased for the swap after 370000.00 miles is out of a 2002 tacoma wrecked with 80000.00 miles it has seperate coils in the plug wires. Can i just hook up my coil packs from the 99 and will it run on the 2002 motor without any problems?

Oh by the way mechanic is here already pulling the motor out to do the swap so no pressure. Thanks for any and all help

 

Update done and running the 2003 installed with my coil packs and wires runs great!

I tried but guess what, now differential had to be changed. Bought one out of a 1994 not the same but with some work its in and running again just one inch narrower in the back two inches over all. Did not notice till it was done. Still works and back on delivery.
