I have replaced the filter twice in the last 3 days. The 1rst one i ordered from Amazon. It had 2 copper or brass thrust washers and 2 small rubber gaskets. It leaked bad. So i went to Auto Zone today and got 1 from them. It had just the 2 thrust washers and no gaskets. Again, leaked. So my question is, can i replace that type filter with a couple short pieces of fuel line and a clamp on inline filter, or is there too much pressure? Any help appreciated. I am about at the end of my rope on this thing.
