    Hello All!
I am having a misfire on a 99 Tacoma 3.4 V6, with 135,000 miles on it, in cylinder 1 and have replaced spark plugs, wires, and coil pack. Compression test completed and passed.

Put Seafoam cleaner in gas today to possibly clean the fuel injector.

If it is not the fuel injector, I am thinking a bad valve.

    Anyone have this issue previously?

    Thank you for the input!
    Dan

Injector buddy, valve would probably show on a compression test.

    Update:
I checked the resistance on cylinder 1's injector and it read 25. I believe it should be between 14-18. Sounds like the problem.

    Ordering a new one tonight.

    Thank you for the advice!

You tested it with a regular multimeter, right?

I changed one out this week and it ohmed out good at 14 ohms. Mine was #6 cyl. and that's no fun to get too. I thinking about just replacing them all.
