1999 Toyota 4runner 3rz - Crank, no start

    I have a 1999 Toyota 4runner 2wd with a 2.7l 3rz. It ran before i pulled it but had a blown head gasket and no compression on cyl #3. I recently did a full overhaul (bottom end except crank, and new cyl head and timing kit). I removed the balance shafts and installed LCE delete kit along with the EGR delete kit. Installed Engine and now it cranks but does not start. Verified spark and fuel but no fire. Installed new injectors and crank sensor. Cam sensor is reading within spec. Checked grounds and no issues found. No blown fuses. Anybody have any suggestions?
