Hello everyone, I am trying to decide if I am going to purchase a 99 4runner I have been looking at. The rust on the frame concerns me but the individual on says it’s surface and flaking paint. The majority of the frame looks ok from the pictures I received but a couple spots look bad. Is this ok? Repairable? Please help! Thanks!

Depends on how much work you want to do. I usually assume rust is worse than it looks in pictures.
