So what you guys are saying is its probably a bad idea to put on that 10" crank pulley.

Good lord that is a small pulley. @Athlaos remember if you put a larger crank pulley on you are also spinning everything else faster which translates to more parasitic loss. I had a buddy with an e55 amg who put a smaller crank pulley on and it ended up making more power.

Actually I just would upgrade the supercharger crank pulley.

It also occurred to me today that the auto tensioner pulley is right in the way. I'd have to downsize the auto tensioner pulley at the same time. And even then, I would probably max out at a 7" pulley for the crank.

Even with a 7" you would be spinning 19250 sc rpm ar 5500 engine rpm!

I think you could be SOL on that. I just bought a really loud exhaust.

That would be awesome! I also think it gets annoying after awhile.

Can you comment on how much gains could be seen with this on a relatively high-boost TRD Supercharger setup? Even if you're just waving your thumb about it?

I wasnt just guessing. My boost has dropped 1.5psi. I have gained about 20hp. No seat o the pants loss in low end.
I do have full headers, and exhaust though.

As I'm sure you know, boost doesnt make horsepower, flow does.

Yes. In my car club, some f***boys run their turbochargers to 26psi and make 550whp... then the guy who did it right comes along, making 950whp at 29psi.
