    getting there....
    you probably should use a coat of gray primer first...let that dry for a little bit, then use paint, and they krylon indoor/outdoor will be fine. what kinda screws you painting??

    the multipurpose one will work, but i'd still use primer...that way, no chance of it ever rusting at all.
