    On an unrelated topic, how does this sound...

    Mexican Pizza:

    Tomato sauce with garlic, basil and Ancho chiles

    Topped with:

    Cheddar cheese (or Oaxaca)
    Chopped Tomato
    Shredded Lettuce
    Ground Beef with oregano (or Grilled Chicken)
    Choppped Onion
    and maybe Jalapeños


    I think it would be good, but that's just because I thought it up. What do y'all think?
