1st Gen 5 Lug Lift Kits. Do they exist?!

Well... I posted this same question but in the 2nd gen section. Whoopsie. Either way, moving on. I've done about a week's worth of on-and-off research into the question of 5 lug 1st gen lift kits. So far I've found spacers for springs, spindle kits, rear shocks, and add a leaf packages. But nothing that's a full blown 'here's a lift kit, throw it on your truck' type of thing. Is it me or does it seem that someone with a 5 lug and coil springs has to cobble something together? The following links are roundabout the best I've found so far.
