Hello. I’ve seen lots of posts about this, but is seems that usually it’s a broken spring. This looks to be the clasp itself that is broken shut. Any tips?

For anyone struggling with the same issue, I used two air wedges to pop open the door, the broken claps opened super easily, install after that was straight forward. Love you.
