    A little fork lift flexin :cool:

    The ORI's have about 4" of down left in the pics the forks were going to hit the bottom of the bed so i stopped there. It's going to be a flexy son of a bitch :cool:

    Yeah you can say that there is no way to stuff those 37's without cutting the fenders first. I'll post up some better flexing shots once the rear end is in and the fenders are trimmed.

    40's are not going to work with these narrow axles my 37's already hit all kinds of stuff going to 40's i wouldn't be able to turn.

    Nope they hit the links before full lock and my links are as far triangulated as i can. Also i noticed today they will hit the steering box before full lock at ride hieght. I'm going to try some wheel spacers to see if i can get full lock.

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    You dont seem to understand its the width of the axle housing not the way i built it. the only way to do that would be a wider axle and to do that at this point would be pointless. When i bought it i was told it was 65" but it was only 64" i knew it was going to be a tight fit with the 64" and 37's. My steering knuckles have 50 degrees of steering so full lock is quite a bit more then most axles so limiting the steering is not that bad. Also the trucks you see running 40's are closer to 70" and i didnt want that wide. I might be able to push the steering box back some but the links are not movable. I wanted to be around 66" but i have to deal with what i got i was already 5,000 deep into the axles when i found out it was more narrow then i was told. A 1.25 wheel spacer will put me back where i wanted it in the first place and it will tuck the locking hubs in a little i dont like how far they are sticking out.

    Oh ok. Gotcha. Didn't realize the axle ended up being less than you thought. Just assumed you planned it that way. but it sounds like some spacers will fix that problem well. My bad.

    Well I thought is was 65" that would of only gave me a 1/2" so not much more. I'll mess around with it and see where i can get it. With the SCS wheels my truck is no wider then it was with the IFS and my 15x10" wheels so i can go wider without pushing the tires out too far. If I were to do it all over I would of re tubed the housing months ago or cut the knuckles off and bought a new center section. but it's a little late for that one :D Oh well it's still bad ass.
