has anyone upgraded to 3.09.2 firmware?
Saw this in the release notes. Not sure how to interpret this.

Sounds like they reduced the base filter level of the internal sensor that was applied after they patched them to become 4bar sensors. This is good news because I've still had a fast throttle stab lean spot I couldn't tune out entirely. Maybe I can have less ridiculous async transient numbers now.

In relation to the patch notes, I want to say the lean blip in the throttle coming out of idle has subsided, but I was doing a lot of idle control stuff over last week.

Also, either your speedo is way off or that was the slowest 120 mph I've ever seen :D

@betterbuckleup How go the idle issues, making headway?

I just got back from a 1,450mi trip though the mtns in Montana and Wyoming and the Haltech performed really well.

Still playing with things. Better than before forsure.
Upping the target lambda to 14 in all cells from idle max vacuum up to around -3 seemed to make the biggest difference. For some reason the truck just wants to idle richer it seems. I wonder if it's due to the intake I made and just not being able to keep up with the volume of air at that ratio. Beheavior seemed to be worse with higher ambient temps and on the trail so I'm also waiting to do some more testing in the mountains in the summer heat.

That's awesome! Did you have to make any elevation change related tuning changes? Have you installed the new HT firmware?

I let it ride on the tune from my native 2000' altitude, it didn't have any behavioral change other than making much less boost and way later at 11,000ft haha

Got sick of going all over the place to trace functions, so here's everything on a 5VZ non-cali edition ECM if it helps anyone else (pic highlights blocks, everything else is in the spreadsheet):

Funny, I just downloaded the pdf with all the ecu pinouts.

Did you end up swapping pin locations for AC-T and AC-1 in your harness? Seems they were pinned wrong apparently. I need to check mine, Idle is poor when Ac is on, I don't think HT is getting the signal.

I had to do that for mine. Seems to be the case on most all harnesses. Just check if you're getting a voltage change on the AC input

You swapped them? Do you also have AC-T hooked up to a HT pin to turn off for over heat or high rpm situation?

I did not have an issue with AC but my power steering and CAN were backwards

Interesting. Guess there is just always the margin of error possibility.

Yea that's how I have it wired up now. Had to tap into the OEM harness to get the AC1 signal and then add a pin to the HT plug to bring it in.

    @betterbuckleup
So you left AC-T and added AC-1 then reassigned the pin locations?

    On another note..
I've had the dreaded P0131 crank error code. Didn't even know actually because I was never revving over 3000 while dialing everything in. Now that transient is getting better, I revved it and it threw the code at 3100rpm.

Tried lowering the trigger voltage, nada. Tried enabling the ground reference, got worse. Tried cleaning the grounds like @1997tacomav6 said (batt to fender, intake mani, fire wall) nada. I do need to add a ground from block to battery.
Then I tried lowering the trigger voltage after cleaning the grounds, now it makes it up to 4500, so progress!
Probably have to spring for a new crank sensor or try splitting the grounds in the harness like Zane mentioned earlier. Unless you guys have any other ideas.

You probably need to RAISE the trigger voltage not lower it. Those reluctance sensors increase their amplitude when going faster so you need to set the noise floor higher to avoid any pickup
