Not really. Its pretty good. Being as the Nissan engine, rated at 265, puts down closer to 210 or so to the wheels.

So in saying that. is K&N really worth it?
Can anybody say that it is worth getting?

I was thinking the same thing, under the hood is hot air? Thats where the filter is sucking...

I got the K&N and didnt notice a difference. I was pissed! So I got rid of the filter and just put on a AFE Pro Dry S. It seemed to help But still isnt great. The best mod that I actually felt a difference in, was my TRD headers. :)

I would'nt get the K&N I just don't like the idea of the filter being so exposed to engine heat and the weather. But thats just me.

I would just do the deckplate mod with a AFE Pro Dry S drop in filter. If you wheel you can simply put the plate back in and prevent sand, dirt, mud ect from entering the engine. The best bang for the buck without going FI (forced induction) is going to be headers, deckplate and maybe trying a different muffler. Do some searching around.

And if your talking about the K&N "CAI", im sure it uses a oiled filter that can damage your MAF if over oiled.
