Got them all back together and on the truck. Ended up leaving one bleed hole open instead of two because I drilled and tapped them out to 4-40. That gives .025" of area vs .030" for two #2 holes. Haven't really tested them much yet, but they're definitely firmer. Not a ton, but noticeably. Will post an update when I get to drive it more.
Also learned that IFPs are not nearly as friendly to rebuild as reservoirs. These coilovers and the Gen 1 Raptor shocks in the rear are the first shocks I've rebuilt and played with valving/tuning on. The Fox reservoirs were far easier to work on at every stage. The small gas volume and having everything all in one cylinder on the IFP makes them a little trickier to deal with.

Update: They're definitely firmer at low shaft speeds. Not terribly, but next time I have them apart they'll go back to just one bleed screw and two open holes. The high speed valving seems to be pretty good.
