1st gen lift kit..HELP!!

Hey boys n girls!!..so I just sold my 07 n bought and 04 dbl cab 4x4..I am not familiar with the lift options n reviews n ride qualities for the lift kits available on first gens..so I've done some research n hoping to get some real life reviews from those of u tht hv same truck as mine and wht u wud recommend as far quality of lift kit, ride quality, durability, ect..plz assist me with ur reviews n suggestions coming from ur experience with ur lift on ur 1st gen..I am wanting to go 3in suspension lift

there is no #1 best lift for trucks. it all depends on how you use your truck, how much $$ you can drop on parts and if you want used/new. read up on long travel, mid travel, coilovers, coils, replacement shocks, extended replacement shocks, 2.0 v 2.5 shock body, fox/king/icon/radflo, bilstein 5100.. UCA with bj or uniball.
