That's true, they fail very catastrophically compared to damn near anything else.

Every 1st gen Tundra/Taco and 3rd gen 4Runner that passes through my garage is going to get lower ball joints if we touch the suspension. I bully them into OEM too lol.

Sometimes you run out of time at work and just bring some of it home with you.. and man with all my stuff here this was way easier than if I did it at work... still a painful process to do though with a 800 dollar part

Why do they say to not leave aluminum foil on food when heating it in the microwave

I accidently left the aluminum foil around a potato I put in there for a minute, didn't notice anything weird

 

Because foil deflects microwaves and prevents them from warming the food. if there is a sharp edge on the foil that can cause sparks from arcing.

 

There were a few 4runners with them that people built In the early 2000s and a few fj80s floating around with them.

 

Man the wildpeaks have faired well for me! 22k miles and still a ton of tread. What u got on the 4r rn? U got the build page up on it?

I dig that. FJ pickup looks really good. Maybe if the 4runner ever hits wheeling only status, I'll try doing something like that.
