    Im going with the same lift on my 04 tacoma 2wd v6 and you can clear 33s with that lift with hardly any trimming and you won't have to regear. Regearing isn't required for 33s. Now if you go any bigger i would recommend regearing because you will notice a huge power loss especially it being a 2.7.

    Wow...old thread revival. And in case you haven't done the deck plate mod yet...you might want to rethink that and do a little more reading on here. I'm pretty sure that's only applicable to V6's, which I don't believe a 2.4L is.

    White Tacoma Xtracabs are the best looking!
