I am currently having some issues installing these headlights properly... these OEMASSIVE headlights came with two black clips in the box and I have no idea where they go. The headlights are now installed but not fully secured... meaning that both headlight brackets were not installed because the New headlight square wholes are too big compared to the OEM square whole on the original headlight... plastic square piece is too small to fit on new headlight...where do I buy these clips for a bigger sized square whole... Also, these two black plastic pieces that came with new headlight are not installed either... I need some help here....I just don’t know where these two clips go? No instructions were provided in the box when they were shipped... Anyone have a clue?

I hate to say it, but...

CAPA certified housings from Rockauto (or elsewhere) are going to be your best non genuine-factory replacements. Most (all) other brands of aftermarket headlight housings are more concerned with looking cool and being cheap than functioning well, especially for our 1st gens.

As you've found out, the headlights don't even fit without modification, which IMO is a pretty basic thing.

I got mine for $35-40 a piece iirc. They were a perfect fit, are very high quality and provide an identical light beam pattern (using halogen bulbs) as factory. For that price, it should be a no brainer since that's less than many of these sweet looking aftermarket housings everyone has trouble installing.
