It's TIGHT against the solenoid box, but I didn't have to cut it. I ended up pulling the grill, mounting the winch and putting the grill back on, carefully. I do plan on relocating it in the future though. TBH if TG would give an extra 1/2" in the winch area there would be easy room on the grill and easy room for the fairlead bolts. As is though, everything just fits with no room to spare.

Ok, cool. I can deal with cramped. Do you have a Warn winch? If so, how hard do you think it'd be to remove the solenoid?

What would you take for the rear one?

Also, I was out looking at my front bumper and I noticed it's sagging. I'm trying to figure out why, but I can't. The frame is perfectly level, but the bumper is sagging about a quarter inch. I was going to try to take it off and re-bolt it back on and see if it fixes it to see if maybe it just needs to be tightened, but I dunno. I'll go take a few pics and post them up in a second.

    Edit: here are the pics

As you can see here, the frame is perfectly level, but, for some reason, the bumper is sagging:

I'm thinking it's the subframe, as well. I'm hoping it just needs to be re-tightened or adjusted. I've been pulled out of a mud hole 1 time with a chain, but I just don't think it was enough to do any major bending. I'm gonna take it off Thursday and do some poking around

Yeah something is bent. My TG is level with the body.

Also not sure if the newer first gen grilles are bigger but my winch fits fine with just barely rubbing with my flush satoshi

Damn, I hope nothing is bent. If so, hopefully it can be remedied with a BFH. I already emailed tg and hope to hear back before Thursday when I'll attempt to diagnose the problem myself. I can't be having my bumper looking all cattywompus!

And here's my bumper. The back actually rubs the bottom of the body metal there, and the passenger side got bent out thanks to me sliding down a hill backwards. The tree snagged the corner of the bumper. Oh well, it's a 13 year old truck. That's how I see it.
