Recently bought my 2002 xtra cab TRD Off road v6 4x4 with rear locked manual with 144k in great exterior and interior condition with frame rust (unbeknown to me) for $8,500. Thankfully it's still covered for the frame and is in the shop right now

Just got my 1st gen. 2004 DC 2wd pre runner TRD off road. 95k miles, no rust at all. Excellent condition, brand new tires, brakes, shocks. The gentleman did a full tune up at the dealership. Not a scratch. For 13,400$.

You mean it's been rebuilt? Or it is still smashed?

I just bought my 2004 xtra cab sr5 4cyl 5 speed with 102k on it for 6k. It was rebuilt in 2005, so 11 years ago, still looks like new, so it didn't bother me as most in the condition mine is in sell for over 10k where I live, and have more miles.

 

Just turned down $10K from the Dealer for mine, when I went in to Parts for a new O2 sensor .. he said 1st Gen's are in high demand. Does he even realize what it would cost me to replace it?

 

Bought my 04 TRD 4x4 v6 supercharged Tacoma this past March with 24,000 on the odometer (no, not a typo) for $17k at a Toyota dealership. They initially wanted $20k

 

Correct the title is re built : V6 4X4 standard 150k

Got him down to 5,500. Is this a good deal even with a re built title

Just bought a 1999 2WD regular cab, manual transmission, 5-lug with 92,499 miles for $4,000. It needs a fuel tank, fuel pump, spark plugs, and tires, though, so I'll probably be into it around $5k very soon.

Bought 2000 ext cab 4x4 came from California 104000 miles no rust 5,400 (Canadian )completely stock, and adding mods to it now ,new to the site will post more pics.

I'm thinking of selling my first gen. Solid machine, but stuff breaks at this age, and I want something more worry free, since my truck is also my daily driver. Very well maintained mechanically; at 145 k miles, cosmetically, the age shows. 2001 Toyota Tacoma 4WD manual, not TRD but has part of the package (stock rear locker), brand new BFG's (T/A KOs), 2 year old Snug Top camper shell. Newish brakes, rebuilt clutch. "Impulse" Red color. One minor accident in 2011 involving low impact collision of car to side of driver's wheel well Damage was all body work seems to have made no lasting impact to the front axle or anything. I am the original owner. What's a fair asking (and receiving!) price? I'm in AZ.

 

2003 limited trd offroad access cab, no rust/rot, new frame 9 months ago, 125k, bluetooth headunit, needed nothing with the exception of a boot that was spitting grease, so I replaced the cv. $9800. I've since installed a bunch of ARB stuff.

 

Recently bought a 2004 double cab TRD offroad 3.4 V6 4x4 in excellent condition with great frame for $10,760. Only issue is minor paint fading on the roof.

 

Looking at a clean 1 owner 2004 Tacoma Double Cab SR5 TRD Off road, locking rear differential, 4WD, ect button, spray in bed liner. No towing tho. 105k miles. Is $15,900 a good deal?
