    How do I take off my 03 rear mudflaps do u jus take off the plastic black mudflaps or the metal bolts at top?

    Stock. EZ pass.Dump pass.Inspection sticker.Convict printed lic.plates.FG cap.
    3 -12mm bolts holding the metal bracket. Soak them well with penetrating oil from the back side before snapping the heads off.

    To delete flaps take off top bolts. To replace just the rubber flap take off bolts holding it to the metal bracket and reinstall in new rubber flap
