Any one have a rattling rear speaker cover that drives you crazy while you are idling or driving?

I replaced the speakers in the truck awhile back and I believe when I removed the rear covers, the metal clips pinched a little more than they should have during removal and re-install.

I thought about getting some weatherstripping and add that to the inside of the cover to see if it resolves the problem.

Brandon, the way to solve this problem, is to fight fire with fire. I suggest you upgrade your speakers for maximum slam, like I did. Sawzall your exhaust and the vibrations will not be heard. If you don’t want that, just replace that speaker and investigate what part rattles
