    My opinion on the modded & lifted 1st generation truck in the picture. As one of the posters in this thread said earlier, I'm happy for the owner if he likes to do those mods & lift on his trucks. If he wants the monster truck performance & look on his Tacoma, it looks kind of funky to me, but to each their own. I like the bigger mirrors and wonder if it's from a Dodge/GM/Ford truck. I don't care much for the nerf bars. I just wonder if the functionality for daily driving on street/highway works compared to offroad works for handling or steering and if it has wheel clearance without rubbing, hitting the frame, or lift issues with the brake lines/transmission/drive shafts/etc.

    That sounds familiar. I may have read something like it elsewhere. I totally agree with pretty much everything in the article. Expedition portal is a fantastic resource. I've spent countless hours on the Camper forum, especially the DIY subforum. There's some really amazing stuff over there.
