    No way a Prerunner is worth more than a 4wd. This applies to any truck.

    Upgraded 2002 Tacoma to 2018 Tundra
    It's the same principle as most people would rather buy a used Corrola or Civic from an old lady who only drove it to church than a 18-year old who put monster stickers on his rear window. You just know the one has been taken care of better than the other.
    Same for pre-runners vs 4x4. Not always true, but it is the perception.

    all depends on what part of the country your in. Down here in south Florida these trucks pull top dollar. And I would venture to say 4x4 trucks are less desired than 2wd

    Exactly, same here in North Florida. I've got to move up to a Tundra so I can tow a much heavier boat that I'll be buying. I've got an 02 DC Prerunner with right about 110k on the clock - no dings, dents, damage or issues. Zero. Going to list it shortly and I'll tell you they just do not last. I looked for 6 months daily from North Carolina down to the Keys before I found this one.
