I understand drilling is required for the full set. Do you have any directions on where? I'm still in the painting process so I haven't lined them up or anything to see? When I go to install, am I going to quickly realize where? Is it to secure the front, middle, or furthest back skid?

Sorry I just checked it and that's all I'm showing as well. I remember doing it but it must have not finalized or something. Sorry about that. Message me my total again so I know I send the correct amount.

Eh, see my Build Thread sig link. Too many mods to list.

The furthest towards the back. There are three holes on each side, hence the 6 self tapping bolts. I started mounting skids at the front and worked my way back. On the last one, the front edge goes over the top of the middle one, then the 2 long bolts go through the existing holes in the frame and secured with the 2 nuts. I then used a floor jack to hold up the back end while I (mis)used an awl (should have been a center punch and the tip wouldn't have broken off) to indent where your pilot hole goes. The actual bit you'll use is just about the size of the holes in the skid.

Edit: On the last skid, make sure your left/right orientation is even. You don't want it to be off and have the skid hanging out one side and short on the other.

20160413_160438.jpg I'll take the one on the right please! Super happy with my IFS skid. Installation was a snap and everything lined up perfectly.
I wiped the skid down with mineral spirits, scuffed it with 150 grit, tack clothed, primed it then painted.
Only regret was not getting full armor!!
Thanks for meeting with me Ryan and thanks for a excellent product at an excellent price!

I'm going to send out refunds for the fuel tank skids tomorrow. They are bent backwards. I can't afford to remake them so I will refund everyone that bought one.

The ones that were sent out are fine though right? I haven't had time to install mine so I just want to make sure.

Oh man that sucks. I really like the 3 piece set, I test fit them before I started the painting and they are VERY good quality. Thanks again for the opportunity of this group buy!

Placing deposit today. 3 piece set, whatever thickness you have left over will work better than the tin I have!

    Cheers!
