Im in the middle of working on my truck so now is a good time to check for stress fractures. I tend to beat my truck up when i go offroad and wanted to know what are the areas where stress fractures show up on 1st gens. Ive used the search function but only find posts related to 2nd gens.

The physics will be pretty much the same, but I'd be more worried about the areas that tend to rust more, like in front of the leaf hangers.

If you're worried about it (you obviously are), just get some frame plates installed.
