hey guys. I finally have enough money to buy a lift kit for my '97 taco, But I have no idea which one to get. i want a 2.5 - 3 inch lift. I was just curious as to which lifts are better than others and what you guys prefer. i know you get what you pay for which is why i need the help from others who are more experienced than me lol. If anyone can put a link up to a good site to buy one and which one you think i should get i'd really appreciate it.

ToyTec.com & downsouthmotorsports is where I got this front set up which includes adjustable 5100's set on 0 , 3" Eibach coils with Camburg UCA's. Then in the rear are regular 5100's w/ a 1.5" AAL. I had the shocks on the 2nd setting for awhile & it rode like crap! I should not of preloaded the 3" springs. So now that it is on the bottom setting it rides great!

    On road?
    Off road?
    Both?
    How much/percentage of both?

Other expectations/prior experiences other than wanting the visual appearance?

in that case get a nice icon setup. 2.5 coilovers and 2.0 shocks out back with multi leaf aal.

Ive pretty much decided on a Toytec Boss lift, with full Dakar leaf packs. Just need to sell my 69 VW baja bug to fund said lift. it comes out to about $1500. add another $400 for light racing UCA from Wheelers offroad.
