It's pretty solid. Holds up nicely to mild AZ weather. Haven't tested it in big storms yet. We'll see how it likes the sun after a few more seasons. Trick is to assemble it on the ground and lift it in (having an extra hand helps a lot). Throw in an air mattress and you're good to go. Only problem is you can't drive the truck...which you can imagine, is a pretty big problem. Gather firewood first. Setting up the front door overhang is a pain and not really worth the extra shade plus you've got poles and guy lines in the way. Got a lot of compliments and interest at Coachella last year, made for some interesting conversation.

Thanks, what size air mattress can you fit? I would suspect the wheel well pop outs get in the way. Or did you build a platform over them?

A full size works best if you can find one, although I have stuffed a queen before. If you leave it slightly under-inflated, the wheel wells push into the mattress and displace the air so the top is firm and it fits great right over them. Pretty happy with the setup. I've seen those mattresses with the wheel-well cut-outs, but I don't think that's necessary. Regular air mattresses are relatively cheap in comparison.
