    Greetings guys!

Bond here with Rebel Off Road. In the midst of the madness of getting ready for the King of the Hammers race next week, we finally got a chance to upload some photos of our newly finished 1st Gen Tacoma build. Thought you guys would like to see!

While it came to us bone stock, it had already proven itself back in it’s home state of Wyoming. Jess, the trucks owner, wanted to tackle some tougher trails and was ready to take it to the next level and put some serious suspension underneath his rig.

Jess made the 956 mile (14 hour drive) to Rebel Off Road due largely in part to our very close relationships with the manufacturers he wanted to use. Together, we selected Total Chaos Fabrication Inc., Deaver Suspension Inc, and FOX to upgrade his Tacoma’s suspension. For off road capability when the sun goes down, we utilized Rigid Industries - LED Lighting for forward and reverse night killing light.

Armor is a must when you want to start running trails and the speeds Jess was after, so we selected All-Pro Off-Road APEX sliders and front bumper and skid plates, a Demello Off-Road rear prerunner bumper, and outfitted each with Rigid Industries lights.

To clear the new tire travel, Glassworks Unlimited 4.5” front fenders and bedsides were installed. This also provided enough room for the new Method Race Wheels NV's wrapped inside 33" Toyo Tires Mud Terrains.

We installed a custom chromoly interior cage to keep everyone safe inside the cab.

And to top it all off, we added a TRD Supercharger and fit kit to give the truck all the power it needs and then some.

Jess’ new suspension is just amazing. It handles like a go-kart – quick and precise. From Total Chaos, we installed their long travel kit with secondary shock hoops and all the gusset and tab fixings for the Fox coilovers and triple bypass shocks. In the back, Deaver custom 62” spring packs, developed for the Total Chaos rear long travel kit, went in with new shackles and welded in bumpstops. Bed space is important to Jess, so the rear shocks are set up with a low profile design, not protruding from the bed, but rather mounting to a cross member we welded between the frame rails under the bed. This allows for maximum travel and maximum bed capacity.

Myself and Jess when the truck just arrived after is almost 1000 mile trip down to our shop.

Very nice! Why is there two spare tires (I've noticed this on other LT trucks)?

when ur going through the desert alot of people tend to pop 1+ tires as there are alot of cactus and other sharp things.

Thank you! These are 17x8.5" Method NV's.

Just as CohbsTaco had said, often on long desert trips, it's a good idea to have 2 spare tires in case one needs to be used and you lose another tire, or if 2 tires both blow out at once.

The roof rack is a completely custom piece built by us. It is a one of kind DOM bent steel rack with mesh center.

My problem with most is that they sit too high, this one is more low profile.

I agree on the roof rack. I would consider buying one if the price were right.
