1st gen tacoma issue with spark and power

i have a 1996 tacoma recently did a cab swap and all the wiring. The dash lights stay on if the battery is connected but i dont have any power for spark or blower motor or obd2 port unless the turn signal lever is in the up position. I have check all the wiring connections and all the grounds, all are good. The key switch will not kill the engine once its started but the turn signal lever will if moved to the middle position. Any help will be appreciated this thing is driving me crazy!!!
