1st gen tacoma ride question

    17 inch wheels
    We gad snow today and it became packed washboard ice on some streets. My tacoma rode like it was on large marbles, quite rough. Does that seem typical of an original trd suspension with 75000 miles? And would an ome kit smooth it up somewhat? It's a 2003 trd prerunner xtra cab riding on nitto terra grapplers 265 70 17.
