    Fwiw I think they might have ONLY come on the double cab. I've never seen one of these in real life either

    Didn't know these existed, but apparently the boards and some of the parts are still available from Toyota (I found the boards, brackets, & screws but no side caps). Considering a single board is close to $500 from the dealer, I'm going to say the cost of buying all the parts and then putting it all together would be outrageous. Used or from a wrecked car would be your best bet.
