Haven’t done anything for axle swap yet, been dealing with electrical issues and haven’t been able to drive my truck for almost a year now. Getting ready to make a fresh post because I’m at a loss on what to do next

Does anyone know how to connect Sterling 10.5" to toyota driveshafts?

AFAIK onetoncv is the only one who has ever made a pinion yolk with toyota flange for the Sterling. He was last online a few months ago and this sale post is from years ago but he may still make them. https://www.pirate4x4.com/threads/3...flanges-including-toyota-conversions.1826193/

Keep in mind you can't just change the pinion yolk without messing with the gear setup. Changing the driveshaft seems like the most straightforward option.

Technically you should set the pinion preload again. That said, plenty of people would run the pinion nut on with a 1/2 impact and send it.

Finished up the sas for now using the super duty axles. Gotta eventually weld on the histeer arms and redo the bumpstop cans but it works great and drives 80 down the highway with no issue.
