Snugtop XTR has built in "rack". I added some Thule load bars to it using some conduit clamps.

I really like the bestop supertop. It can dissappear in a minute, and become a like a shaded tent.

On mine you can see the Swagman bike clamps that I used for my shovel.

At a local warehouse of ship-damaged goods. You'd have to search for them online to find a "legit" place that sells them.

I just ordered an ARE CX series topper with flip out win-doors and factory roof rack rails. I'm not sure how they will work, I'm guessing I'll have to use Yakima or Thule base towers on the tracks. I think I'm going to hire BAMF to build me a custom basket rack/spare carrier for it but for now I just need something to attach my camo netting to as a shade structure.

Has anyone installed a rack to a rail system like this?

I just picked up an xtr topper for my 2005 dodge dodge dakota quad cab. I bought it off a 2006 dakota the owner said it was for a 2006 the shop told us for an 02. It fits fine you can see a little where its off but with mods and paint to match it will be great. I have been searching for ideas for custom rack designs thats how i ended up here. My idea is to paint the bars to black and put dakota in black on the bars like the nissan frontier or exterra. Iwant to build a nice biult in cargo rack for it too.

I found this sweet but extreeme design custom rack i want a mild rack.

There tou guys go check it out its pretty sweet
