This may or may not be a really dumb question. We have a 1st-gen 5-lug truck and are looking to go with aftermarket bumpers on it. The front turn signals are located in the bumper, and there are two lights to either side of the headlights that don't do anything currently. I'm wondering if it's possible to re-wire those outside corner lights that are currently not functioning to blink as turn signals? Is there a write up on how to do this for electrically retarded individuals like us? Please and thank you!

Thanks! That didn't come off harshly at all, I searched around here but couldn't find what I was looking for. Perhaps my search-fu just sucks. I'll keep looking though, thanks!

Gray wire, Some lights in the bed area, and some character marks throughout.
There are several write-ups everywhere on this subject. Did you just want to rewire it? The corner lamp is just a marker light, so you can drill a hole in the back and just relocate the blinker bulb and harness up to the corner. easier than screwing with the wiring.

Yep, that's exactly what I wanted to do. We want to put a basic tubular front bumper on the truck, so we just have to put a blinker in the corner lens.
