Those look great @slolane, like they were made for the 2nd gen. What size tires are those?

Old thread bump.....wheels look good on the 2nd gen. Were you able to use the 2nd gen lug nuts with the 1st gen wheels?

Yes. As long as they are the lugs for alloy wheels. The steel wheels use a different style lug.

It's still going to be a while but I managed to find six of these wheels for when I get my new tire size (255/85-16). Plan to clean them up and then rattle can them gunmetal/anthracite.

Bump, I see a lot of these on Clist for cheap. Even older 4runner wheels. Anyone else?

    More than I can afford
Glad to see they fit and don't rub.

I have a set of 16" 1st gen steelies holding up my project truck, nice to know I can swipe one if I need/want to carry a 2nd spare.
