Yes, all the SCS wheels fit. See link below.

This page has a great step-by-step guide (with pics) on the upgrade, as well as links to all the parts needed (at varying price points). OEM is best for the pads, but for the calipers you shouldn't pay the premium. Get them from your local parts store (ideally) or Amazon, which will give a lifetime warranty in case you ever need to replace them. For the brake lines, be sure to use the FREESHIP code to get free shipping.

Which Wheels/Rims Fit the Tundra Brake Upgrade (13WL 231mm rotors) on a Tacoma?

Thank you sir. I think I'm pretty set on some bronze -25mm, 3.5" backspacing ones then... Except they are sold out...

    Hot damn what a list.

I already have the Tundra brakes done, thus the concern on the next set of rims.

Hot damn, pretty f'ing sure I'm not going to find a deal like that lol, so I'm bracing to pay MSRP on Stealth's site. Any tacomaworld codes?

They do have Blems for sale. Not sure if there’s enough for a set. But that’s where I got mine from.

This forum is too awesome. I'll keep an eye out on both this and their main site.

Well I went and done it, got the F5 bronze -25mm, 3.5" backspacing as they came back in stock. Pics to follow when mounted.

Stance should be about the same my steelies plus spacers (cause of the Tundra brakes) stand at now, but happy to get rid of what I think is an un-balanceable rim (bent and then reformed) and loose a lot of weight (steelies plus huge spacers).

Any recommendations on SoCal shops that do a good job at load balancing? Maybe just a typical big-box "Americas Tire" or something like that?

Looking good!! I put a set of these in my cart Tuesday night and was waiting for payday today to check out... just went to buy them and it turns out they sold out in the last few days!:boom:Guess I'll be waiting until spring now...
Do you have any pictures from further back? I've always wanted bronze wheels but was hesitant about them clashing with the Lunar Mist. But I am optimistic about the darker shade of bronze that SCS is using now. Decided that I'd take the risk and try them out, but now that I've got time to kill I guess I'll do some more peeking around at other peoples trucks...

    Thanks in advance!

In some lighting conditions it kinda clashes IMO, but in others its good. I think as they darken with age/dirt/grime they will blend better.

Thanks! I think they look pretty good! It definitely seems like they tend to look darker instead of lighter in certain lighting, which is what I was hoping for. It's nice to see a lunar mist without the full silver/black theme.

Now I just have to sit and wait for them to be restocked... :ballchain:

The wheels are light grey, not the darker gunmetal. For a while SCS offered the Ray 10s in both colors.

They're what SCS calls Matte Grey. They are matte but have a metallic in them that you can see in the sun or shining light on them.

Nope, 285s will definitely rub without lift. I've got Icon coilovers & UCAs.

Matte Grey not the Gunmetal. Don't know if they discontinued them? When I was waiting to get mine I had to wait for quite a few runs for them compared to black & gunmetal.
