I have no idea if your Tacoma throttle body will fit, suspect not due to bore size also the 1uz performs IAC in a different manner. I highly recommend you buy volume 1 of the factory service manual for the year SC400 that engine came out of, tons of knowledge and great information and better than getting tribal knowledge from the internet. Also remember 1993 last year of OBD I, 1994 and later OBDII, also on the right hand side of the block there is a data plate with the vin# of the car the engine came out of you can take that to Lexus and get service history of vehical. You mentioned previously that you were going to use aftermarket ecu, if thats the case you will need the factory ecu to operate the auto trans or a separate aftermarket ecu to run the trans….lots of wiring in your future.
I gather from the questions your asking that you didn’t have a plan in mind beforehand, you need to come up with one and stick to it, many people have done this swap and none do it the same but you can research what others have done and get some ideas two good examples on here are Malek and 5lugfury. Keep it simple for now and do the engine prep, good video on utube by Kelvin Glover (cartunes) he goes through the whole process of what you need to do and not need to do for engine prep prior to swap. This is who i used for most of my info and i bought the factory service manual for the SC400 that my engine came out of, this is critical it helps you understand the 1uz and how it works, did you know that the early 1uz have valve clearance checks? did you know that the ignition system uses two 4 cylinder ignitors? same ones in camerys and corollas of that era. Baby steps do the engine prep, learn, develop a plan based on goals, budget and reality.

Not really I was still deciding how I wanted to do the transmission. But right now main focus is getting engine pull part redoing seals and getting standalone done with good cleaning. I think of just getting a harnesses and pulling transmission ECU wire out the harness and run it on the OG harness n ECU
