    Stock height in the rear. As of right now I don't think I'll lift it any more unless I go to a larger tire size.

    Ya, I followed the guidelines in the Bilstein installation manual. The 5/4 setting gave me the 1.5" lift it claimed and the ride is great. I'd love to go to larger tires and a slightly bigger lift, but probably won't as long as the truck is my daily driver.

    All TRD Pro parts
    OP, get yourself a set of Pro shocks/struts and call it a day. Best thing you can do for your truck, IMO. Gain an inch and improved ride quality, and most importantly keep your warranty.

    I saw about 1 mpg decrease after the lift and larger tires.

    You beat me to it.

    OP, the least expensive, and most reliable lift is NO lift at all. The vast majority do not need a lift. Especially if you're going to stay with stock size tires.
