    I know this area sooo, for him to be on the access road where this happened means one thing....he just came from the titty bar that is the only thing on that part of the access road along the frwy where this happened. The access road makes a u turn under the freeway going south then comes back north right before getting to the bay. That "gentlemen's club" is on the way back north on the access road back behind where this happened. Discuss....
