Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
Billies are highly recommended for an inexpensive option to lift. That said, I wouldn't set them past 1.75" on stock coils/ucas. If you want a real 2-3", look at coilovers like ome 884 with either those 5100s (at 0 setting) or nitrochargers. Also, for the rear, shocks won't lift, but leaf springs (either aal or replacement pack) will.

Thanks, with the shocks and coil overs are there any specific AAL's that you'd suggest or do really any of them work?

I wouldn't go any higher with the stock coils than the 1.75 setting, other wise you have to much pre load on the stock coils. It's been done at the 2.5 setting but people have said the ride is kind of rough. In order for 2.5 to 3 inches up front I would recommend OME Coils or Eibach Coils with the 5100's. As far as the rear it all depends on what you do up front. You can do a single AAL, or a 3 Leaf Progressive AAL, or a complete new leaf pack. Put in your price range it's gonna be kind of tough to do all that.

For the front I think I'm going to buy the 5100's with OME Coils. My main concern is I don't want the front to look too high and so I'll bend a little on the original price I had said. What type of AAL do you recommend if I want to lift the front 2.5-3"?

I have the OME 887's on 5100's up front, and the same 3 leaf in the rear but the ICON version.

Are there any benefits of getting an ICON one instead?

Unchained 5150, that lift looks really nice. I just want to make sure my tires don't look small after my lift, they're 265/65R18's. What do you think?
I'll attach an image of them just for reference.

And mlcc, what size tires do you have?

    Solid info so far

Just remember your alignment will suffer at ~2.5" without aftermarket upper control arms. Personally I'd recommend JBA arms even though I currently run the SPC(AKA LR light racing) arms.

I've had the 3-leaf progressive rear setup (without overload leaf)and it was a great improvement over stock.
