image.jpg Just put the 5100's, set to 2.5" and a 1.5" add a leaf pack in the rear. Nice ride and sits perfectly level. 2017 SR5 dclb 4wd

I think the better option would be the progressive aal/ expansion pack to keep the ride quality

I added bilsteins in the front at 2.5 and added a leaf in the rear and the rake of the truck was the same, about a inch and a half lower in the front. So I added a 1.5 spacer in the front and it sits pretty level but just a tad noticeable higher in the front, if I put blisteins 5100 in the rear and set at 1 inch will it level it out?

springs that were on my truck were still under warranty but found that out after I replaced them all and added one in. Stock shocks on the rear.

I think if I ad another leaf in the rear it should sit just right. Have the local shop get me one to set up rear end up a inch or inch and a half. The bilsteins in the front all the way up and the spacer make the front of my truck look too nice to take it out now, plus I really can't get in the mood to remove it.

So the stock coils gave you 24" at that setting?? I am at 21 3/4" with a spacer from the last owner and 23.25" in the back with I believe an AAL from the last owner (at least it looks like it and the ride height would make it seem like I do). I am about to set my 5100s at 2.5 with stock coils and just want my truck to sit level. What do you think?

    Hi Guys

Not sure if this is the right place to post , but I have a 2004 Tacoma going to replace stock shocks with
5100. I'm wondering how ride will be and do I need to install 1'' spacer on the rear. Its a TRD off road 4x4
so it rides rough now , I'm hoping to smooth the ride out by just setting 5100 at 1'' setting up front but
really would like to not use spacer's for the rear but it's required by Bilstein install instructions.

I just installed billy's up front on my 2010 with the rear TSB. I had it set at the 1.75" setting. It only has a very small rake versus what I had before. It rides much nicer, the 5100's are great. Gonna put rear 5100's in too. I think the 2.5 would've made it "dune rake". For now this is a good setting until I decide to go higher.
