2.5 Fox coilovers with res. causing front left tire to rub. Need Help!

    2011 PreRunner 4x4 TXPRO
    2.5 fox coilovers with res in front. 2.0 fox performance in rear.
    Just installed 2.5 fox coilovers with res. in the front of my truck. It is now causing my left tire to rub. I have heard to take off the mud flap. Also, hearing a grinding noise in the front when I turn left. Sounds like it is getting caught on the skid plate. Any suggestions? Will try to take off mud flaps.
