The number of people on the internet that know what ad hominem means is probably pretty low if we're honest. ;)

OP, at the end of the day, it is well established that post-lift vibes that go away when one switches to 4wd at speed are caused by the needle bearing used with the driver's side CV. See the plethora of threads supporting this. The general consensus about whether you need UCAs is a definite maybe. Some say anything over 2" needs 'em. Some say anything over 2.5". Some buy them with really mild lift parts. There's advantages to them offroad and could be a good investment for you.

At the end of the day, OP, change out for the ECGS bushing and reassess your truck then.

    *washes hands of gratuitous drama*

Thanks all for your knowledge and taking the time to respond.

Watched a few videos in did some research about the ECGS bushing. Definitely all makes sense and ordering now.

I do believe I will upgrade my UCA’s Just for shits and since I found a decently priced well reviewed product that will do the job I need.

Going to run with the spacers for a while but then will also upgrade to new coil overs in front and new shocks in rear.

Just posted on a thread to borrow the removal tool. If it works out, I’ll mail it the next guy that needs it. (likely with a little extra “pay it forward” goodie)!

    Thanks again everyone!!!

Did you drop the drive shaft? (yeah) and did you mark it for putting it back in? (no)....lol......Try rotating the drive shaft 180 degrees....(old school). Might help. Once again, I have no idea if the drive shaft has a counter weight or not, but sometimes you can develop some vibration if it is removed and replaced 180 out. Should only be a few minutes to do. Remember this problem came on the day you did the lift, and whatever you did that day caused it. You don't have a bent axle. It was good the day before....This is why Tech's don't get paid. It takes time to think and time is money. I probably don't have the answer, but you may..lol

Oh hey! Yes I did. I went ahead island did the ECGS upgrade. Took care of the vibe. I have the tool and happy to send it to the next taco that needs it. Although, I think it is a tad oversized as it broke a couple little pieces off the needle bearing housing. Got them out with qtips and magnet.

ordering some UCAs as soon as I get around to it anyway.

    Thanks

I lifted my old truck a few years back (2010 double cab OR) and had lots of driveline vibes, two quick and cheap possible fixes are a driveline drop kit which mounts above the carrier bearing and as others have suggested the read shim kit both from @wheelers off-road , I’ve read 1 degree per inch if lift. It took care of 90% of my vibes, good luck hope you can iron your vib issue soon!

Vibe is gone after the ECGS.
I forgot to mention earlier that I also put in a 3/8” CB drop to keep the wear points on driveshaft. Didn’t see the point in buying the “CB drop kit”. It remedied the low speed (+/-5mph) vibe also. Wasn’t worried about that one in the beginning. It’s just a piece of steel with a hole in it.

I lost a needle or two when I got mine out too. Came out on the front end luckily.
