Hi - Wondering if anyone else has had this problem... The first few seconds of a cold start the engine runs on 3 cylinders. After running a few seconds the problem goes away, and then it runs fine. Sometimes 'check engine' light comes on, scanning the codes says 'cylinder 1 misfire'. I've replaced spark plugs, cylinder 1 coil, cylinder 1 coil connector, but the problem persists. Whenever I move or touch the wiring harness, the problem disappears - for about a day, then it's back.
The truck is old - 2006 with 262,000 miles.

Find someone with a diagnostic scanner that can read and trace electrical circuit function, Start by looking at the electrical feed to the spark plugs.
