2.7 double cab vac hose sizes going to charcoal canister

I'm currently using the search to locate the size of thick wall silicone hoses I will need to replace going into the charcoal canister. I'm throwing a p0442(small pi hole leak). I've been dealing with pumping gas and it constantly clicking, although Intermittent for awhile now. Visually inspected and I'll be starting with the lines. 2003 2.7 4door anyone out there already know what sizes?

OEM for EVAP are 3.5 mm ID
Thick wall Silicone are 4 mm ID but squeeze through OEM hose clamps and fit snug on tacos 1 Barb fitting.
If you're asking for lengths you have to cut using old hose as reference.
Do 1 at a time.
