I'm changing the fan clutch on my 03 2.7 taco, and need to know if I have to remove the fan shroud to do this. It seems like it needs to be removed, but I really don't want to remove anything unnecessarily on a ten year old truck. My plan was to unbolt the fan and remove it, then take the fan clutch off. But there just isn't any room in there with the big ass plastic shroud surrounding the fan. Any help would be great. Thanks.
