i had a similar problem with my truck last year. does the starter sound like it wants to work but just doesn't want to turn the engine over? my truck was built in California and the starter didn't have what the techinicians at the dealership and all the auto shops said was a "cold weather package" on it. i was getting plenty of voltage from the battery and during warm weather the truck would start fine, then when the weather would turn cold, no joy. it would just sit there and click. not sure if this is you problem or not. good luck!!

had a p0171 and a p0130 and p0133 i think that the last ones i had one for the tps sensor and maf but their fixed been thinking maybe computer or maybe fuel pump but they don't make much sense just to happen when its maybe 35 or below anything above it will start fine but runs rough until it warms up
