I just put a 24" Magnaflow on my 2.7L...sounds great IMO. Just depends on your taste. Best part is...it doesn't sound like a flowmasterbaiter.:D

My set up on my '05 2wd 2.7l was a K&N intake, D/T headers, and a gibson muffler..to me it sounded good...not really loud.

I got the DT header, Jardine exhaust and K&N CAI. The only time it sounds like a ricer is very high rmps.

Right on, I been lookin at the JBA's, running CAI, and 18" magnaflow muffler, gutted cat, out through 2 1/2" pipe! Has a deep troaty sound, only problem is a few pops, which the headers will probably make worse, but the ol girl likes it when I hit the gas!
